I have placed my order but I still have not received an order confirmation?

You may experience a few minutes delay after you have placed your order and before you receive the order summary. You should also check your "Spam" inbox, as the message may have been delivered there depending on your email settings. If you still have not received an email, please contact Customer Service.

What if I notice an error after I have placed my order

Once you've placed an order, you won’t be able to make changes to what you have ordered but you will be able to change contact and delivery details through your account. Once we receive your order it is passed to our automated manufacturing system and we begin work on your order, hence the need for you to check dimensions, design and colour carefully. If we make a mistake we will replace items free of charge as quickly as we can. However, if you find you have made a mistake we will advise you on how to solve it, but we may, at our discretion, ask you to pay a cost depending on what is involved.

Is my payment secure?

All the transactions made on the Koobs.com website are secure. The padlock symbol next to the address bar of the page beginning with "https" indicates that you are in a secure setting.

My payment card has been refused when placing my order, what should I do?

If your transaction is declined during the online ordering process, please follow the instructions on screen. Check the information you have entered and try again, or alternatively please try another form of payment.

Payments by debit or credit card

Online card authorisation is performed automatically when you confirm your order. Normally you will be advised immediately if there is a problem.

Payments by PayPal

PayPal is a secure payment method which allows you to pay for your articles quickly without having to share your bank details with retail websites. You just have to provide your details when you create your PayPal account. They are then encrypted and secured for good.If you already have a PayPal account, you can use it on our website to pay for your purchases quickly and completely securely. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still opt for this payment method. When the time comes to pay, you will be redirected to a PayPal page where you can enter your bank details (and choose whether to create a PayPal account or not).

Discount Code

Koobs occasionally offers discount codes for promotions with our online store, these can be entered in at checkout.
Once you have entered the code, click ‘Apply Code’. You must enter the promo code before you proceed to the secure checkout as it can’t be applied later. Please check the terms and conditions of your promotional code for further details.

Promotional codes are not valid on discounted, clearance products, items from our Sale Room or on our gift vouchers. Please note that only one promotional offer can be used at any one time.

We offer free standard delivery to all UK mainland addresses on all orders.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery times are calculated from the date of email receipt of your order confirmation.

STANDARD DELIVERY 2-3 weeks
All made-to-measure units are designed and manufactured to your exact sizes once you have placed your order. This normally takes approximately 2-3 weeks from receipt of your order with payment.

EXPRESS DELIVERY 7-10 days:
Whether you’re moving house or just can’t wait, we have a selection of colours and finishes for your bookcase that can be delivered between 7-10 days. Just look out for our express logo on our finishes.n still opt for this payment method. When the time comes to pay, you will be redirected to a PayPal page where you can enter your bank details (and choose whether to create a PayPal account or not).

Cancellation

Once we have received and accepted your order it cannot normally be cancelled as we may start to manufacture your bookcase. However at our discretion, depending on how far advanced your order is, we may accept cancellation and refund part or all of the order value.
